The Football Association have punished the Blues for their conduct during their 1-0 defeat against their West London rivals which saw them receive two reds and seven yellow cards
London - have been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players during last Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to QPR at Loftus Road.
Both Jose Bosingwa and Didier Drogba received their marching orders, while a further seven of their team-mates were booked by referee Chris Foy.
The FA charge relates to the actions of the Chelsea players following Bosingwa’s dismissal early in the game when they surrounded Foy.
Blues boss Andre Villa-Boas has also been asked by the FA to explain his post-match comments which saw him criticize Foy and his assistants for their performance during the fiercely contested Premier League clash.
